The present invention relates to an automatic mushroom spawn liquid inoculation device which can spray a mushroom spawn liquid in a multi-stage manner after opening the lids of multiple medium bottles at the same time by using an automatic lid opening unit, conveying the medium bottles to a mushroom spawn liquid spray location, and lowering and arranging a large medium bottle with a multi-stage sprayer at two or more heights when a conveyor on a work table conveys a conveying box storing the medium bottles to a large medium bottle lid opening location under the control operation of a control unit. The automatic mushroom spawn liquid inoculation device includes: the work table which loads conveying boxes storing multiple medium bottles completely sterilized in advance in a matrix pattern in units and is formed in a flat shape to convey the conveying boxes in a horizontal direction； the conveyor which receives power and sequentially conveys the conveying boxes loaded on the work table to the medium bottle lid opening location and the mushroom spawn liquid spraying location on the work table； the automatic lid opening unit which automatically opens the individual lids of the medium bottles stored in the conveying boxes when the conveying boxes are conveyed to the medium bottle lid opening location； the multi-stage sprayer which is arranged on the upper part of the mushroom spawn liquid spraying location of the work table, lowers the inner part of the medium bottles at two or more heights when the conveying boxes are conveyed by the conveyor to the mushroom spawn liquid spraying location, and sprays the mushroom spawn liquid in a multi-stage manner； and a control unit controlling the operations of the conveyor, automatic lid opening unit, and multi-stage sprayer.제어부의 제어하에 작업 테이블 상의 컨베이어에 의해 다수의 배지병을 수납한 이송 상자를 대형 배지병 뚜껑 개방 위치로 이송하는 경우 자동 뚜껑 개방부에 의해 다수의 배지병의 뚜껑을 동시에 개방한 후 종균액 분무 위치로 이송하여 다단식 분무기에 의해 다수의 대형 배지병의 내부 적어도 2개 높이로 하향하여 다단으로 종균액을 분무할 수 있는 버섯 종균액 자동 접종 장치가 제공된다.
