PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corneal endothelial cell imaging apparatus which easily captures an excellent image of corneal endothelial cells.SOLUTION: A corneal endothelial cell imaging apparatus 100 comprises: an imaging optical system 10 which obliquely illuminates a cornea Ec with illumination light comprising infrared light emitted from an illumination light source 11, and which receives cornea-reflected illumination light by an imaging element 22 to capture an image of corneal endothelial cells based on imaging signals from the imaging element 22 and a detection optical system 70 which, in order to detect an alignment state of a subject eye E in an operating distance direction, obliquely projects detection light comprising infrared light from a detection light source 71 toward the cornea Ec, and which receives cornea-reflected detection light by a detector 75. The corneal endothelial cell imaging apparatus 100 also comprises optical members 14, 17 for branching or merging the optical path of the imaging optical system 10 and the optical path of the detection optical system 70. The optical members 14, 17 have a branching ratio of reflection and transmission in which the ratio of the illumination light being transmitted is larger than the ratio of the detection light being transmitted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】角膜の内皮細胞画像を良好に撮影しやすい角膜内皮細胞撮影装置を提供すること。【解決手段】角膜内皮細胞撮影装置100は、照明光源11から出射された赤外光による照明光を角膜Ecに向けて斜めから照射し、照明光の角膜反射光を撮像素子22で受光し、撮像素子22からの撮像信号に基づいて角膜の内皮細胞画像を取得する撮像光学系10と、被検眼Eに対する作動距離方向のアライメント状態を検出するために、赤外光による検出光を検出光源71から角膜Ecに向けて斜めから投光し、検出光の角膜反射光を検出器75で受光する検出光学系70と、を備える。また、角膜内皮細胞撮影装置100は、撮像光学系10の光路と検出光学系70の光路とを分岐または結合させる光学部材14,17を備える。光学部材14,17は、検出光を通過させる割合に対し、照明光を通過させる割合が大きな反射・透過の分岐比を有する。【選択図】図2
