A composite comprising a fabric and a polyampholyte hydrogel is provided. In the composite, the polyampholyte hydrogel is a hydrogel of a polymer bearing randomly dispersed cationic and anionic repeat groups and at least a part of the fabric is coated with the polyampholyte hydrogel. A method of preparation of the composite comprises steps (a) to (c): (a) providing a monomer mixture for preparation of a polyampholyte hydrogel； (b) immersing a fabric in the monomer mixture solution； and (c) polymerizing monomers in the monomer mixture solution to obtain a precursor of the composite.L'invention concerne un composite comprenant un tissu et un hydrogel de polyampholyte. Dans le composite, l'hydrogel de polyampholyte est un hydrogel d'un polymère comportant des groupes répétitifs cationiques et anioniques répartis aléatoirement, et au moins une partie du tissu est recouverte de l'hydrogel de polyampholyte. Un procédé de préparation du composite comprend les étapes (a) à (c) suivantes : (a) utilisation d'un mélange de monomère pour la préparation d'un hydrogel de polyampholyte ； (b) immersion d'un tissu dans la solution de mélange de monomère ； et (c) polymérisation des monomères dans la solution de mélange de monomère pour obtenir un précurseur du composite.
