PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an embolization therapy device in which the adhesion between an embolic agent ejected and a device is prevented or suppressed by a simple structure.SOLUTION: An embolization therapy device 10 includes a long body 12 having first and second lumens 20, 24 inserted into a blood vessel and enabling an embolic agent X to flow therein. The long body 12 includes: multiple branch tubes 32 having outlets 48 for ejecting the embolic agent an expansion and contraction unit 29 for expanding and contracting based on a flow operation of the embolic agent in the base end position rather than the multiple branch tubes 32 and an outside catheter 16 for receiving the multiple branch tubes 32.
