A hollow part is formed in the case. The output disk is loaded in the hollow part, and a ridge(131) is formed at one side of the output disk. The input disk is arranged at the upper side of the output disk. The input shaft is expanded from the input disk. The elastic member is arranged between the input disk and the output disk.
