PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope apparatus capable of reducing heat generation at an endoscope distal end part.SOLUTION: The endoscope apparatus includes: an endoscope insertion part 19 to be inserted to a subject a light emitting part 59 provided on a distal end part 33 of the endoscope insertion part 19 and including a phosphor and light sources LD2 and LD3 for supplying light to the light emitting part 59.
