The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for treating or preventing alcoholic liver diseases, containing cilostazol as an active ingredient. Particularly, cilostazol concentration-dependently inhibits the expression level of TNF-α and the genes of fatty acid synthase (FAS) and significantly inhibits the activity of caspase-3, thereby showing superior effects in treating or preventing alcoholic liver diseases, particularly alcoholic hepatitis, compared to pentoxifylline, which had been used as a therapeutic agent for alcoholic hepatitis, and thus can be used as a drug for treating or preventing alcoholic hepatitis.La présente invention concerne une composition pharmaceutique destinée au traitement ou à la prévention de maladies du foie provoquées par l'alcool, contenant du cilostazol en tant que principe actif. En particulier, le cilostazol inhibe, de manière dépendante de la concentration, le niveau d'expression de TNF-α et les gènes d'acide gras synthase (AGS), et inhibe sensiblement l'activité de la caspase-3.
