A novel medical endoscope suture line loop comprising a ligation ring and a sleeve. The ligation ring is made of a section of solid polyamide filament which is firstly subjected to heat setting treatment and then hot melting such that a hot-melt knot is formed at the position of hot melting, and comprises a ligation loop, the hot-melt knot and a pull ring, wherein the ligation loop and the pull ring are connected to form an integral body through the hot-melt knot. The ligation loop is approximately elliptical. The pull ring is of an approximate circular structure. The sleeve is of a transparent hollow tubular structure with elasticity and sleeves the external part of the hot-melt knot of the ligation ring.
