The present invention relates to a composite preparation composition containing tadalafil and dutasteride, and a preparation method thereof. More particularly, the present invention relates to a composite preparation composition and the preparation method thereof, the composite preparation composition being prepared by mixing a tadalafil preparation and a dutasteride preparation, the tadalafil preparation being characterised by being the granulated result of a suspension which contains tadalafil, a surfactant, a water-soluble polymer and a solvent, and the dutasteride preparation being characterised by comprising an adsorbent and a mixed solution comprising dutasteride, diethylene glycol monoethyl ether, mono/di-glyceride and polyoxyl castor oil, wherein the mixed solution is adsorbed to the adsorbent.La présente invention concerne une composition de préparation composite contenant du tadalafil et du dutastéride, et un procédé de préparation de celle-ci. Plus particulièrement, la présente invention concerne une composition de préparation composite préparée par mélange dune préparation de tadalafil, et son procédé de préparation, la composition comprenant : une solution mixte constituée de dutastéride, éther monoéthylique de diéthylène glycol, mono/di-glycéride et huile de ricin polyoxylique et un adsorbant, la solution mixte étant adsorbée sur ladsorbant. De plus, la composition de la présente invention est granulée par préparation dune suspension qui contient une préparation de dutastéride, tadalafil, un tensioactif, un polymère hydrosoluble et un solvant.본 발명은 타달라필 및 두타스테라이드를 포함하는 복합제제 조성물 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는, 두타스테라이드, 디에틸렌글리콜모노에틸에테르, 모노/디-글리세라이드 및 폴리옥실 피마자유를 포함하는 혼합용액 및 흡착제를 포함하고, 상기 혼합용액은 흡착제에 흡착된 것을 특징으로 하는 두타스테라이드 제제와 타달라필, 계면활성제, 수용성 고분자, 용매를 포함하는 현탁액을 제조하여 과립물로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 타달라필 제제를 혼합하여 제조한 복합제제 조성물 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
