PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an introducer needle assembly that may easily and safely access into a body of a patient with less steps, and to provide a method thereof.SOLUTION: The introducer needle assembly includes a hollow lumen in which a needle passes. The needle includes a proximal end part having an outer diameter and an inner diameter of the proximal end, and a tip end part having an outer diameter and an inner diameter of the tip end. The needle is tapered between the proximal end part and the tip end part so that the outer diameter of the proximal end becomes larger than the outer diameter of the tip end.
