The present invention relates to a composition for inhibiting angiogenesis, containing reovirus as an active ingredient. Specifically, the reovirus destroys the cell tissue layer of endothelial cells in a microfluidic chip model for the destruction of endothelial cells by a cancer cell line, and shows significant angiogenesis inhibition effects for a tumor induced by spontaneous generation, and thus the reovirus can be useful as an active ingredient of a pharmaceutical composition for inhibiting angiogenesis and a dietary supplement composition.La présente invention concerne une composition pour inhiber une angiogenèse, contenant un réovirus comme principe actif. En particulier, le réovirus détruit la couche de tissu cellulaire de cellules endothéliales dans un modèle de puce microfluidique pour la destruction de cellules endothéliales par une lignée de cellules cancéreuses, et présente des effets dinhibition dangiogenèse significatifs pour une tumeur induite par une génération spontanée, et le réovirus peut ainsi être utile comme principe actif dune composition pharmaceutique pour inhiber une angiogenèse et dune composition de complément alimentaire.본 발명은 리오바이러스(reovirus)를 유효성분으로 함유하는 혈관신생 억제용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로 리오바이러스(reovirus)는 암세포주에 의한 혈관 내피세포의 파괴 마이크로 유체칩 모델에서 리오바이러스가 혈관내피세포의 세포조직층을 파괴하는 효과를 나타내며, 자연 발생하도록 유도된 종양에 대하여 유의적인 혈관 신생 억제효과를 나타내므로, 상기 리오바이러스는 혈관신생 억제용 약학적 조성물 및 건강식품용 조성물의 유효성분으로 유용하게 이용될 수 있다.
