The invention is directed to a biodegradable tissue-adhesive polyurethane polymer comprising at least one amorphous segment and at least one polyurethane segment, wherein at least one of said polyurethane segment comprises a tissue-reactive functional group. A further aspect of the invention is directed to biodegradable tissue-adhesive medical devices, based on the polyurethane polymer, having the structure of a sheet, foam, stent, tube or gel. The polyurethane polymer and the device can be used in medical application.L'invention concerne un polymère de polyuréthane biodégradable adhérant aux tissus comprenant au moins un segment amorphe et au moins un segment de polyuréthane, au moins un desdits segments de polyuréthane comprenant un groupe fonctionnel réagissant avec les tissus. Un autre aspect de l'invention concerne des dispositifs médicaux biodégradables adhérant aux tissus, fondés sur le polymère de polyuréthane, ayant la structure d'une feuille, d'une mousse, d'un stent, d'un tube ou d'un gel. Le polymère de polyuréthane et le dispositif peuvent être utilisés dans une application médicale.
