The technical solution relates to the impact on the cloud and can be used to protect farmland, towns, airports and other facilities from adverse weather events, such as rainfall, snowfall, fog, hail.The purpose of this utility model is to reduce the dimensions of electrophysical correction apparatus weather conditions and efficiency of its preparation for operation while increasing the footprint of atmospheric processes.This objective is achieved by using a mobile set based on a vehicle on board of which there are means of influencing the atmospheric processes, raw weather data analysis unit and a control unit.
