PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a syringe pump which prevents a medical solution from dropping into and adhering to an operation portion by preventing the operation portion from being inadvertently touched by a hand and collided with an instrument.SOLUTION: A syringe pump 1 includes: a syringe placing portion 6 for setting a syringe body 201 of a syringe 200 and a syringe pusher pressing member 10 pushing a pusher flange 205 to the side of the syringe body 201 by gripping the pusher flange 205 of the syringe pusher 202 of the syringe body 201 set in the syringe placing portion 6.
