PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a syringe pump, when a closed state of a tube is released by correcting bend and twist of the tube, capable of stopping to send a medical solution, while preventing sudden flow of the medical solution in the tube, and enhancing the safety of sending operation of the medical solution.SOLUTION: A syringe pump 1 includes: a driving motor 133； a syringe pusher pressing member 10 that holds a syringe pusher 202 of a syringe 200, pushes the syringe pusher 202 by normal rotation of the driving motor 133 and sends a medical solution in the syringe 200, to a patient P； a pressure sensor 900 that detects a pressure when pushing the syringe pusher 202 for detecting that the tube is in a closed state； and a control part 100 that, when the detection pressure of the pressure sensor 900 exceeds a predetermined closure determination reference value LC, causes the driving motor 133 to rotate reversely and, when reaching any one of prescribed conditions, stops the reverse rotation of the driving motor 133.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】チューブの折れ曲がりや捻じれを直してチューブの閉塞状態が解除された場合に、薬剤がチューブ中を急激に流れないようにしながら薬剤の送液を中止することができ、薬剤の送液動作の安全性を高めることができるシリンジポンプを提供する。【解決手段】シリンジポンプ１は、駆動モータ１３３と、シリンジ２００のシリンジ押子２０２を把持して、駆動モータ１３３の正転作動によりシリンジ押子２０２を押してシリンジ２００内の薬剤を患者Ｐに送液するシリンジ押子押圧部材１０、チューブが閉塞状態であることを検出するためにシリンジ押子２０２を押す際の圧力を検出する圧力センサ９００と、圧力センサ９００の検出する圧力が予め定めた閉塞判断基準値ＬＣを超えた時に駆動モータ１３３を逆転作動させ、所定条件のうちのいずれか１つに達すると駆動モータ１３３の逆転作動を停止させる制御部１００を有する。【選択図】図４
