To provide a carrot leaf cutting device capable of surely, safely, and efficiently, cutting a carrot leaf, especially, a frostbitten leaf, for carrots with a leaf with different sizes.SOLUTION: There is provided a carrot leaf cutting device configured to cut a leaf part of a carrot with a leaf, by using a transport device which is actuated in an almost horizontal direction by a conveyor belt being wound by a rotation drive source, a recess part for storing the carrot with a leaf is provided on a surface of an elastic material attached to a surface of the conveyor belt, and a positioning guide for positioning a cutting blade fixed to a one side end machine frame of the conveyor belt and a cutting part of the carrot with a leaf is provided. A cylindrical press roller for pressing and fixing the carrot with a leaf is installed above the conveyor belt, and the carrot with a leaf mounted on the recess part is horizontally moved by actuation of the conveyor belt in the horizontal direction and contacts the cutting blade, thereby cutting the leaf part of the carrot with a leaf.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】大きさの異なる葉付ニンジンで、特に霜枯れ葉を確実に、安全性を確保しながら効率よく切断処理を行う事の出来るニンジン葉切断装置の提供を目的とする。【解決手段】葉付ニンジンの葉部を、回転駆動源により巻き回したコンベアーベルトにより略水平方向に作動する搬送装置を使用し切断する装置であって、コンベアーベルトの表面に装着された弾力性素材の表面に葉付ニンジンを収容する凹み部を備え、コンベアーベルトの片側端部機械フレームに固定した切断刃と葉付ニンジンの切断部を位置決めする位置決めガイドを備え、コンベアーベルト上方に葉付ニンジンを押し圧固定するための筒状の押えローラーを設置し、凹み部に載置された葉付ニンジンが、コンベアーベルトの水平方向の作動により水平移動しながら切断刃に接触することで葉付ニンジンの葉部を切断するニンジン葉切断装置であることを要旨とする。【選択図】図１
