PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray machine which can capture an X-ray image more suitable for diagnosis by accurately correcting an irradiation range of an X-ray in a case where a top board on which a subject is placed is inclined.SOLUTION: A shield plate movement control part 29 corrects the physical relationship between an irradiation range B and a detection surface 7a in accordance with inclination of a top board 3 by moving the irradiation range B of an X-ray 5b emitted from an X-ray tube 5 into a short direction of the top board 3. That is to say, displacement between the position of the irradiation range B and the position of the detection surface 7a generated by inclining the top board 3 is eliminated by the shield plate movement control part 29. Therefore, a high quality X-ray image suitable for diagnosis can be provided since the loss of a visual field can be prevented from occurring in the X-ray image. In addition, the X-ray dose to be emitted to the outer side of the detection surface 7a can be suppressed since the physical relationship between the irradiation range B and the detection surface 7a is corrected. Consequently, useless exposure of a subject M can be avoided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】被検体を載置する天板を傾斜させた場合において、正確にX線の照射範囲を補正し、より診断に適したX線画像を撮影できるX線撮影装置を提供する。【解決手段】遮蔽板移動制御部29はX線管5から照射されるX線5bの照射範囲Bを天板3の短手方向へ移動させることにより、天板3の傾斜に応じて照射範囲Bと検出面7aとの位置関係を補正する。すなわち天板3を傾斜させることによって発生する照射範囲Bの位置と検出面7aの位置とのズレは遮蔽板移動制御部29によって解消される。そのためX線画像において、視野の欠損が発生することを防止できるので、診断に適した高品質のX線画像を提供することができる。また、照射範囲Bと検出面7aの位置関係が補正されるので、検出面7aの外側に照射されるX線量を抑えることができる。その結果、被検体Mの無用な被曝を回避することも可能となる。【選択図】図9
