PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a highly reliable imaging device capable of enhancing the transfer speed of signal transfer using a source follower circuit, and dealing even with high-speed drive sufficiently.SOLUTION: The imaging device includes a plurality of pixels 10 each having a photoelectric conversion element 11, and a first transistor 12 the source or drain of which is connected with the photoelectric conversion element 11. The imaging device is further provided with a second transistor 14 having a gate connected with the other of the source or drain of the first transistor 12.
