A conversion device is provided that is effective for converting/adapting aspiked medical device/disposable to a valve/port on a container, such as forexample a reflux-valve port on a container. The conversion device includes anattachment feature, at least one membrane port usually on an end opposite theattachment feature, and an intermediate structure disposed between the attachmentfeature and membrane port.
