A disposable noise-canceling and shielding electrode, comprising: a moisture-retaining cover (1), a conductive gel (2), a sponge (3), a nylon support (4), a backing (5), and a main electrode chip member (6). The electrode is characterized in that the main electrode chip member (6) is a sheet-like structure made from a conductive substrate or a non-conductive substrate coated with a conductive film. The conductive gel (2) is injected into the sponge (3), and the sponge (3) is disposed on the nylon support (4). The nylon support (4) passes through a through-hole at the center of the backing (5), and is directly attached to a front surface of the main electrode chip member (6).
