Apparatus and method for treatment of skin lesions and skin conditions is disclosed. One aspect of the present invention is a hand-held device capable of people suffering from skin conditions such as acne wrinkles, warts, blisters, acne or skin safely used. Devices described herein may be used for heat treatment for the treatment of skin lesions and skin conditions. In general, the maximum temperature used in the apparatus is about 400 ℃ about 70 ℃, is heated for less than one second, and is maintained for about 1 second or less. In some embodiments, the skin surface is heated by the thermal pulse. To convey heat to the skin from the device, causing a biological response that promotes acne wash, heat conduction to treat wrinkles acne skin, or itching. The total amount of heat transferred is low enough not to burn.
