The present invention is related to means for storing materials of difficult flow, such as flake-shaped materials, and more particularly the invention being related to devices for discharging silos that store these types of materials. The present invention is advantageous over the state-of-the-art devices in that it achieves an efficient management of the discharge of plastic flakes without interruption periods, i.e., with a constant flow and without additives (powders) with a simple special design of the geometry cone without mobile parts. A positive pressure system only requires a discharge screw for leading the material towards a rotary valve, which not only involves the discharge of flakes by gravity but also the pneumatic conveying from the silo to other point of the process.
