A planting structure and a planting method of a novel ginger are disclosed. Gingers planted by the disclosed planting structure can pass the pesticide residual-free inspection. Primarily, in the disclosed planting method, an off-soil culture is applied, a cultural bag manufactured by a nonwoven fabric is provided with short fibers for drainage, and a cultivatable soil having a certain void ratio is cooperatively utilized to keep adequate water therein, capable of attaining high-quality conditions including perfect water-holding and water-draining capabilities.
