There is provided in accordance with an exemplary embodiment of the invention a method of manipulating a corneal graft comprising preparing the corneal graft for non- contact manipulation, and non-contact manipulating the corneal graft in an anterior chamber of an eye of a patient. There is also provided in accordance with an exemplary embodiment of the invention a corneal graft for transplant in a patient comprising a corneal graft coupled to at least one material which is affected by magnetic fields, in an amount sufficient to cause an acceleration when a magnetic field is applied.Linvention concerne, selon un mode de réalisation donné à titre dexemple, un procédé de manipulation dun greffon cornéen consistant à préparer le greffon cornéen pour une manipulation sans contact, et à manipuler sans contact le greffon cornéen dans une chambre antérieure dun oeil dun patient.
