A workstation (10) having a pair of posts (48, 50) on either side of a clamping plate (34) where a donor bone may be placed on sequentially cut in three separate cutting paths. Cutting gates (52, 60, 80) are attached to the posts and used to provide cutting paths that can be precisely oriented with respect to the meniscus of the donor bone part using visual alignment without any manual measurements. The graft is affixed to a machining clamp (32) and shaved to appropriately shape the sides and form a radius on the bottom of the graft. A tibia is then prepared by using a drill guide (150) to form a pilot hole and then to drill out a large hole for the graft. The drilled hole is expanded and shaped using a rod guide (200) and chisel (208) and then a rasp. The shaped graft may then be implanted into the shaped hole and sutured in place.L'invention concerne un poste de travail (10) présentant une paire de montants (48, 50) sur chaque côté d'une plaque de serrage (34) où un os de donneur peut être positionné et découpé de façon séquentielle selon trois trajets de coupe distincts. Des grilles de coupe (52, 60, 80) sont fixées aux montants et sont destinées à fournir des trajets de coupe pouvant être orientés précisément par rapport au ménisque de la partie os du donneur à l'aide d'un alignement visuel sans aucune mesure manuelle. La greffe est fixée à une pince d'usinage (32) et râpée afin de façonner de manière appropriée les côtés et former un rayon sur la partie inférieure de la greffe. Un tibia est ensuite préparé à l'aide d'un guide-foret (150) afin de former un trou pilote et ensuite pour forer un grand trou pour la greffe. Le trou foré est dilaté et façonné à l'aide d'un guide de tige (200) et d'un ciseau (208) et puis d'une rugine. La greffe façonnée peut ensuite être implantée dans le trou façonné et suturée en place.
