PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant growing container by which plants can be viewed and the aroma of a perfume can be enjoyed in any place, and adverse effect on plant growth caused by the perfume can be reduced.SOLUTION: In a plant growing container 1, a plant 101 planted in cultivation medium 100 is mounted on a mounting table 10, and a lid 30 is detachably installed on a transparent peripheral wall part 20 erected on the mounting table 10. The lid 30 has: an LED substrate 32 including LEDs 31 which can be freely turned on/off and are directed to the mounting table 10 below a perfume mounting part 35 for mounting a perfume 34 thereon which is arranged above the LED substrate 32 and an opening 38 formed above the perfume mounting part 35. While the LEDs 31 are turned on, aroma ingredient of the perfume 34 is positively diffused from the opening 38 to external environment by air convection caused by heat generated from the LED substrate 32.
