PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic radioactive pharmaceutical dispensing and administering device which can be easily moved to an arbitrary position inside a treatment chamber and easily handled.
SOLUTION: The automatic radioactive pharmaceutical dispensing and administering device is provided, inside a case body 11 with a movement means for movement, with: a container-receiving means for receiving a container 22 wherein a radioactive pharmaceutical X is sealed a container holding means for holding the container 22 received by the container receiving means a pharmaceutical taking-out and holding means 4 for taking out and holding the radioactive pharmaceutical X from the container 22 held by the container holding means by a nozzle 41 an administering means 5 for administering the radioactive pharmaceutical X taken out by the pharmaceutical taking-out and holding means 4 into an object H a washing means 6 for washing the nozzle 41 with washing liquid W an abandoning means 7 for abandoning the washing liquid W used in the washing means 6 to a waste liquid container 71 and a container taking-out means for taking out the container 22 to the outside of the case body. The container receiving means, the container holding means, the nozzle 41, a holding part 44, the washing means 6 and the waste liquid container 71 are provided inside a radiation shielding body 12 for shielding radiation.
