PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exercise assist device capable of favorably assisting exercise of a human body from physical and psychological aspects.SOLUTION: A leg-part assist suit 100 is configured to apply force to a plurality of joints by a single actuator 201 so as to achieve weight saving and low price. In particular, the leg-part assist suit 100 performs wire-interference drive for forming a certain relationship between a hip joint pitch axis (HPJ) and a knee joint pitch axis (KPJ) so as to enable a weight support of a standing leg and a pull-up effect of an idling leg, thus achieving the weight saving without impairing a natural force support.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
