According to the present invention, the joint assisting tool is produced in a relatively simple structure, so production may be easily performed and production costs are saved. While power is not directly applied to the joint, energy consumed for lumbar vertebrae or joint activities is assisted, so burden applied to the joint can be reduced. When the joint assisting tool is worn on a user, an angle for connecting the left and the right thereof can be adjusted, so the joint assisting tool can be applied to individual movements of the left and the right of the user&primes body.
