The present invention relates to a urine bag including a backflow prevention device. According to the present invention, the urine bag with a urine inlet and a urine storage space includes a backflow prevention device embedded in the urine inlet of the urine bag. The backflow prevention device includes: a hollow cylindrical housing having the outer surface attached to the inner surface of the urine inlet, and comprising a first opening formed in the upper part and a second opening formed in the lower part and communicating with the first opening； an opening and closing unit installed in the housing to open or close the first opening； and an elastic spring installed in the lower part of the opening and closing unit to open the first opening by being contracted and dropping the opening and closing unit when receiving predetermined water pressure or a predetermined amount of urine through the opening and closing unit, while closing the first opening by elevating the opening and closing unit through restoring force if power is not applied.본 발명은 역류방지장치가 내장된 소변저장용 유린 백(Urine bag)에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 소변유입구와 소변저장공간을 구비하는 소변저장용 유린백은, 상기 유린백의 소변유입구에 내장되는 역류방지장치를 구비하되, 상기 역류방지장치는, 외주면이 상기 소변유입구의 내주면에 밀착 또는 접착되고, 상부측에 제1개구가 형성되고 하부측에 상기 제1개구와 소통하는 제2개구가 구비된 속이 빈 원통형 구조의 하우징과； 상기 하우징의 내부에 구비되어 상기 제1개구를 개방 또는 폐쇄하는 개폐유닛과； 상기 개폐유닛의 하부에 구비되어, 상기 개폐유닛을 통해 일정 수압 또는 일정량의 소변이 가해지면 수축하여 상기 개폐유닛을 하강시켜 상기 제1개구를 개방하고, 가해지는 힘이 존재하지 않으면 복원력에 의해 상기 개폐유닛을 상승시켜 상기 제1개구를 폐쇄하는 탄성스프링을 구비한다.
