An ophthalmic treatment device according to the present invention includes: a beam generating unit generating a beam for treatment； a beam transmission unit forming an optical path where the beam for treatment oscillated from the beam generating unit moves in an eye ground, and including a first lens unit capable of changing a focal length so that the beam for treatment is transmitted with a predetermined spot size in the eye ground； and a control unit connected to the beam transmission unit and controlling the focal length of the beam for treatment attributable to the first lens unit. The ophthalmic treatment device according to the present invention is provided with the single lens that allows the spot size-dependent focal length of the beam transmitted into an eyeball for treatment to vary.
