PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily realize stationary and accurate positioning on a blood vessel to be an object of ultrasonic measurement.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic measurement device acquires measurement data obtained by measuring a cross section of a living body with an ultrasonic wave on the basis of a reception signal of an ultrasonic transmission and reception part for transmitting and receiving an ultrasonic wave from the surface of the living body to the blood vessel having a portion satisfying a predetermined tissue condition, detects the portion on the basis of the acquired measurement data, and detects that the ultrasonic transmission and reception part is moved along the longitudinal direction of the blood vessel on the surface of the living body and reaches a predetermined position for performing predetermined blood vessel function measurement from the detection of the portion on the basis of the measurement data.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】超音波測定の対象とされる血管に対する定常的且つ正確な位置決めを簡単に実現する。【解決手段】所定の組織的条件を満たす部位を有する血管に対して生体の表面から超音波を送受信するための超音波送受信部の受信信号に基づいて、前記生体の断面を超音波で測定した測定データを取得する。そして、取得した測定データに基づいて前記部位を検出する。次いで、測定データに基づいて、前記部位の検出から、前記超音波送受信部が前記生体の表面上を前記血管の長手方向に沿って移動されて、所定の血管機能測定を行うための所定位置に達したことを検出する。【選択図】図2
