PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a technique capable of obtaining a blood vessel diameter measured at a prescribed reference scan angle even when a scan angle is not the prescribed reference scan angle.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic measurement apparatus 1 comprises: an ultrasonic transmission/reception part 110 which can change the scan angle of an ultrasonic wave a blood vessel detection part 220 which discriminates the position of the blood vessel from reception data 320 of the reflection wave of the ultrasonic wave received by the ultrasonic transmission/reception part 110 a scan angle setting part 240 which sets the scan angle of the ultrasonic wave transmitted to the blood vessel using a detection result of the blood vessel detection part 220 and a blood vessel measurement part 260 which makes the ultrasonic transmission/reception part 110 transmit the ultrasonic wave at the set scan angle and measures the blood vessel diameter at a prescribed reference scan angle using the obtained reception data and scan angle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】走査角度が所定の基準走査角度でなくとも、所定の基準走査角度で計測した場合の血管径を得ることが可能な技術を実現すること。【解決手段】超音波計測装置1は、超音波の走査角度を変更可能な超音波送受信部110を備える。血管検出部220が、超音波送受信部110により受信された超音波の反射波の受信データ320から血管の位置を判別し、走査角度設定部240が、血管検出部220の検出結果を用いて血管に対して送信する超音波の走査角度を設定する。そして、血管計測部260が、設定された走査角度での超音波の送信を超音波送受信部110に行わせ、得られた受信データ及び当該走査角度を用いて所定の基準走査角度での血管径を計測する、【選択図】図4
