The device comprises a cylindrical hollow casing, an air suction water intake mechanism, a heating mechanism, a pump, and a flow guiding disc. The flow guiding disc is disposed to the water outlet part and has an arc inverted cone type disc shape, capable of introducing the air and pond water of the flow guiding part to the water outlet part to discharge. Furthermore, the outflowing pond water can be parallel to the bottom surface of the pond to enable the heated pond water to be jetted outwardly in 360 degrees.
