The present invention relates to a processing method of output images performed by a radiography simulation system. More specifically, the purpose of the present invention is to show a radiation image like a real radiography when operators or students do radiography practices in a radiography simulation system comprising a radiation generator model and a detector model which do not emit real radiation and cannot photograph. The present invention finds and displays image data corresponding to a captured portion, capturing posture and capturing angles from an image database where existing radiation image data is stored according to capturing conditions input by students during a radiography practice process, and converts the found image data according to input capturing conditions such as tube voltages, tube current amounts and the like for students to be able to practice radiography identical to a real imaging without danger of or worry about exposure to radiation. To this end, the present invention, for a processing method of output images performed by a radiography simulation system comprising an image DB, an image converting information DB, a detector model, a radiation generator model, an image converting means, a display means and a data input means, comprises a capturing condition input step, a model device adjusting step, an image data selecting step, a standard information obtaining step, a difference value calculating step, a weight value obtaining step, an adjusting value calculating step, an image converting step and a display step.본 발명은 방사선촬영 모의시스템에 의해 수행되는 출력영상의 처리방법에 관한 것이다. 좀 더 상세하게로는 실제 방사선이 방출되지 않고, 실제 사진촬영도 안 되는 모형 방사선발생장치와 모형 디텍터 등을 포함하고 있는 방사선촬영 모의시스템에서, 운용자나 교육생 등이 방사선사진 촬영실습을 하는 경우 실제 방사선 촬영을 한 것처럼 방사선영상을 보여주기 위한 목적으로 창안된 것으로서, 방사선사진 촬영실습과정에서 교육생 등이 입력한 촬영조건에 따라, 기존의 방사선영상자료가 저장되어 있는 영상자료데이터베이스에서 촬영부위, 촬영자세 및 촬영각도가 일치하는 영상자료를 찾아 보여줄 뿐만 아니라, 찾아낸 영상자료에 대하여는 관전압, 관전류량 등 입력된 촬영조건에 따라 변환하여 보여주기 때문에 실습에 참여하는 교육생 등이 방사선에 피폭될 위험이나 우려 없이 실제와 동일한 방사선 촬영실습
