The present invention relates to a laver supply device by a non-contact method, capable of improving efficiency of laver processing work. According to the present invention, the laver supply device by the non-contact method comprises: a supply member equipped on one side of a frame for supplying by preventing stacked laver from being scattered after being processed with the constant size； an elevation member for elevating the supplied laver to the work height； an adsorption member for elevating by separating the highest-quality laver per one sheet from the elevated stacked laver； a transport member for transporting by receiving the laver separated by single sheet； and a control unit for controlling each of the members. The adsorption member includes: a compressor for generating compressed air at high pressures； a linear motor driven with a constant stroke in a vertical direction； a non-contact pad for adsorbing the laver by partially elevated air current formed by air pressure supplied from the compressor； and a solenoid valve periodically driven with the linear motor and the non-contact pad by controlling the air pressure with respect to control of the control unit.본 발명은 김 가공라인에서 김을 가공하는 과정에서, 적층된 김을 훼손시키지 않은 채 순차적으로 정확하게 낱장씩 분리 공급하되, 단위시간에 공급할 수 있는 김의 수량을 늘려 공급속도가 향상되도록 함과 함께, 오작동이 방지되어 김의 공급이 안정되게 이루어지도록 함으로써, 김 가공작업의 효율을 향상시킬 수 있는 비접촉방식에 의한 김 공급장치에 관한 것이다.상기 과제를 해결하기 위한 본 발명에 따른 비접촉방식에 의한 김 공급장치는, 프레임의 일측에 구비되고 가로 세로 일정 크기로 가공된 후 적층된 김을 흩어지지 않도록 하여 공급하는 공급부재, 상기 공급부재로부터 공급된 김을 일정 작업높이로 상승시켜 주도록 하는 승강부재, 상기 승강부재에 의해 상승된 적층 김으로부터 최상층의 김을 한 장씩 분리하여 상승시키는 흡착부재, 상기 흡착부재에 의해 낱장으로 분리된 김을 이어받아 일 방향으로 이송하도록 하는 이송부재 및 상기 각각의 부재를 제어하는 제어부로 구성된 김 공급장치에 있어서, 상기 흡착부재는, 공기를 압축하여 고압의 압축공기를 생성하는 콤프레셔； 상기 콤프레셔로부터 연결되어 공급되는 공압에 의해 구동되도록 상기 프레임의 상부에 연직방향으로 고정 설치되며, 연직방향으로 일정 스트로크 구동되는 리니어모터； 상기 리니어모터의 하단 구동부에 고정설치되어 상하방향으로 구동되며, 상기 콤프레셔로부터 공급되는 공압에 의해 형성되는 부분상승기류에 의해 김을 흡착하는 비접촉패드； 및 상기 제어부의 제어에 따라 공압을 단속하여 상기 리니어모터와 비접촉패드가 주기적으로 구동되도록 하는 솔레노이드밸브로 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다.
