The present invention relates to a unidirectional detachable electrocardiogram (ECG) electrode assembly, capable of providing a stick type ECG electrode assembly with a patch easy to attach/detach. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the unidirectional detachable ECG electrode assembly comprises: an electrode sensor to detect an ECG； a patch including an electrode arrangement region where the electrode sensor is arranged, an adhesive region where an adhesive component with an adhesive force to the skin of a human body is coated, a connection region where an adhesive component with an adhesive force to other patches is coated, a non-adhesive region not coated by an adhesive component and formed with a material able to be coupled to the connection region, and a coating region coated with a non-bonding component which is not bonded with the adhesive component； and a housing to receive the patch to be able to be withdrawn. A plurality of patches are stacked and arranged, the connection region and the adhesive region are formed on the rear surface opposite to the withdrawal side, and the connection region is formed on only one surface with respect to a position of the electrode sensor.본 발명은 일방 착탈형 심전도 전극 조립체에 관한 것이다.본 발명의 실시예에 의한 일방 착탈형 심전도 전극 조립체는, 심전도를 감지하는 전극센서； 상기 전극센서가 배치되는 전극배치영역과 인체의 표피에 대하여 결합력이 있는 접착성분이 도포되는 접착영역과 다른 패치와 접착력이 있는 접착성분이 도포되는 연결영역과 접착성분이 도포되지 않고 상기 연결영역과 접합 가능한 소재로 형성된 비접착영역과 상기 접착성분과 결합되지 않는 비결합성분이 코팅된 코팅영역이 형성된 패치； 및 상기 패치를 인출가능하게 수용하는 하우징을 포함하고, 상기 패치는, 복수로 구비되어 적층배치되고, 인출 반대방향인 후면에는 상기 연결영역과 상기 접착영역이 형성되며, 상기 연결영역은, 상기 전극센서의 위치를 중심으로 어느 일측에만 형성된다.
