The present invention relates to a bidirectional detachable electrocardiogram electrode assembly. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the bidirectional detachable electrocardiogram electrode assembly comprises: an electrode sensor to sense an electrocardiogram； a patch having an electrode arrangement area where the electrode sensor is arranged, an adhesion area where an adhesive component with a binding force for human epidermis is applied, a connection area where an adhesive component with a binding force to a different patch is applied, a non-adhesive area made of a material capable of adhering to the connection area, where an adhesive component is not applied, and a coating area where a non-binding component which is not bound to the adhesive component is coated； and a housing to accommodate the patch to be withdrawn. A plurality of the patches are included to be stacked on top of each other, and the connection areas and the adhesion areas are formed on rear surfaces of the patches in an opposite direction of withdrawal. The connection areas are alternately formed only on one side around a position of the electrode sensor in accordance with a stacking order of the patches.본 발명은 양방 착탈형 심전도 전극 조립체에 관한 것이다.본 발명의 실시예에 의한 양방 착탈형 심전도 전극 조립체는, 심전도를 감지하는 전극센서； 상기 전극센서가 배치되는 전극배치영역과 인체의 표피에 대하여 결합력이 있는 접착성분이 도포되는 접착영역과 다른 패치와 접착력이 있는 접착성분이 도포되는 연결영역과 접착성분이 도포되지 않고 상기 연결영역과 접합 가능한 소재로 형성된 비접착영역과 상기 접착성분과 결합되지 않는 비결합성분이 코팅된 코팅영역이 형성된 패치； 및 상기 패치를 인출가능하게 수용하는 하우징을 포함하고, 상기 패치는, 복수로 구비되어 적층배치되고, 인출 반대방향인 후면에는 상기 연결영역과 상기 접착영역이 형성되며, 상기 연결영역은, 상기 패치의 적층순서에 따라 상기 전극센서의 위치를 중심으로 어느 일측에만 교번하여 형성된다.
