PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illumination fixing structure of an endoscope capable of preventing deterioration in assemblability by suppressing variation in positioning and assembling.SOLUTION: An illumination fixing structure 70 includes: a distal end hard section 21 that is a hollow member having a through-hole section 203 an illumination unit 60 that exits illumination light and a fixing member 71 that is disposed at the through-hole section 203 and in which the illumination unit 60 is disposed. The fixing member 71 has an illumination-side energizing member 73 that energizes an illumination section 61 toward the fixing member 71 such that the illumination section 61 of the illumination unit 60 is fixed to the fixing member 71, and a fixing-side energizing member 77 that energizes the fixing member 71 toward an inner peripheral surface of the through-hole section 203 such that the fixing member 71 is fixed to the through-hole section 203.
