PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide crosslinked fine particles excellent in polymerization stability without aggregating the crosslinked fine particles to each other even when a polyfunctional acrylic monomer component is large, and a dispersion thereof.SOLUTION: The crosslinked fine particles are obtained by the emulsion polymerization of a monomer composition including a (meth) acrylic acid ester monomer component and a polyfunctional acrylic monomer component and have an average particle size of 0.005-0.5 μm and a coefficient of variation of 25% or less. The content of the polyfunctional acrylic monomer component is 15-50 pts.mass to the monomer composition of 100 pts.mass.
