PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide orthodontic adhesives that offers excellent handling and bond reliability, and also facilitates adhesive removal after the appliances have been debonded from the teeth.SOLUTION: An orthodontic adhesive composition comprises a hardenable component and a photoinitiator and a rigid and dimensionally stable crosslinked polymer filler the crosslinked polymer filler has a median particle diameter in the range of from 6 micrometers to 18 micrometers the polymer filler has a controlled particle diameter and a particle size distribution and a d50/d25 particle size ratio is 1.8 or less.
