The present invention relates to an absorbent plug which is a type of membrane used for treatment of periodontal diseases and, more specifically, to a tissue recovery material which is filled in a loss part of an alveolar bone due to tooth extraction. A conventional absorbent plug is fiber bundles which are obtained by an electric radiation method of melting collagen in a solvent. The collagen is extracted from skins of animals such as a pig, a cow, etc. The plug obtains a porous plug by adding a bone graft material such as a synthetic bone, an allograft bone, and a hetero-bone to a solution which dissolves an absorbent polymer such as polylactide, polyglycolide, polylactic coglycolide, polycaprolactone, and the collagen in an organic solvent and eluting the same in a container having a nonsolvent. The synthetic bone includes hydroxyapatite, tricalcium phosphate, a mixture of the hydroxyapatite and the tricalcium phosphate, and silicate. The plug cleaned with purified water promotes ostosis in the solvent and the nonsolvent by using an insoluble synthetic bone material as a seed. The absorbent polymer is provided to serve as a shielding film and to prevent infiltration of fibrous cells, thereby promoting alveolar bone formation.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017본 발명은 치주 질환의 치료용으로 사용되는 멤브레인의 일종인 흡수성 플러그에 관한 것으로 발치에 따른 치조골의 결손 부위에 채워 넣는 조직수복용 재료이다.현재 통용되는 흡수성 플러그는 돼지 및 소와 같은 동물의 표피에서 추출한 콜라겐을 용매에 용융시킨것을 전기방사하는 방법으로 얻어진 섬유다발을 뭉쳐 놓은 형태이다. 본 발명에 따른 플러그는 하이드록시아파타이트, 트리칼슘포스페이트, 하이드록시아파타이트와 트리칼슘포스페이트의 혼합물, 실리케이트와 같은 합성골재료및 동종골, 이종골과 같은 골이식재를 폴리락티드, 폴리글리콜리드, 폴리락틱코글리콜리드, 폴리카프로락톤, 콜라겐과 같은 흡수성고분자를 유기용매에 녹인 용액에 부가하여 비용매가 담겨있는 용기에 용출시켜 다공질의 플러그를 얻고 정제수로 세척하여 얻어진 플러그로 용매 및 비용매에 불용성인 합성골재료가 씨앗(seed)의 역할을하여 골형성을 촉진시키며, 흡수성고분자는 차폐막의 역할을 하여 섬유세포의 유입을 막음으로서 치조골 형성을 촉진시킬수 있는 흡수성 플러그 및 그 제조 방법에 대한 것이다.
