Container holder is made with possibility of placing container with medical substance, which has needle, fixed on one of its ends, and plug, placed with possibility of creating compression and sliding inside container with medical substance on its other end. Drive unit contains plunger rod and means for plunger control. Means for plunger control is made with possibility of sliding relative to plunger rod, is rotationally blocked on plunger rod and has possibility of revolution relative to case. Mentioned drive unit additionally contains first unit for energy accumulation, placed in internal space of case of injection device and made with possibility of accumulation and storage of energy. Device for plunger control is functionally connected with said first unit for energy accumulation. Device for plunger control is made with possibility of unlocking in such way that due to output torque from first unit for energy accumulation device for plunger control can be brought into rotation. Plunger rod is forced to move in direction of proximal end of injection device, which results in performing injection. Mechanism of injection indication is made with possibility of indicating course of injection performance to user.
