PURPOSE: A production method of a deoxidant is provided to use low price scarfing dust for remarkably reducing the production costs of the deoxidant.CONSTITUTION: A production method of a deoxidant reduces scarfing dust generated from a scarfing process of steel manufacture heat-rolling or cold rolling, and uses the scarfing dust as a deoxidation raw material of the deoxidant.
