PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging system capable of acquiring a smooth moving image with high quality while preventing images due to a plurality of kinds of illumination light from being mixed in each frame image in the case of generating a moving image from a frame image picked up in a surface sequential system by using illumination light that lights intermittently, and to provide an endoscope apparatus.SOLUTION: An imaging system generates a moving image by a MOS type imaging element with a plurality of pixels two-dimensionally arranged. An illumination part is driven, having a radiation possible period and a radiation inhibition period of illumination light, and irradiates a plurality of kinds of illumination light switchingly every radiation possible period. An imaging part images a subject in each illumination light and surface sequentially outputs an image signal. An image processing part performs synthetic processing of a set of image signals picked-up under illumination light different from each other to generate one frame of a moving image. The imaging part simultaneously starts to expose respective pixel lines, exposes a period including the radiation possible period, and reads accumulated electric charge within the radiation inhibition period.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】間欠点灯する照明光を用いて面順次方式で撮像したフレーム画像から動画像を生成する場合に、各フレーム画像内で複数種の照明光による像が混在することを防止しつつ、滑らかで高品位な動画像が得られる撮像システム、及び内視鏡装置を提供する。【解決手段】撮像システムは、複数の画素が二次元配列されたMOS型の撮像素子により動画像を生成する。照明部は、照明光の出射可能期間及び出射禁止期間を有して駆動され、複数種の照明光を出射可能期間毎に切り替えて照射する。撮像部は、照明光毎に被写体を撮像して面順次に画像信号を出力する。画像処理部は、互いに異なる照明光下で撮像された画像信号のセットを合成処理し、動画像の1コマを生成する。撮像部は、各画素ラインを同時に露光開始し、出射可能期間を含む期間で露光し、出射禁止期間内で蓄積電荷を読み出す。【選択図】図5
