Die Erfindung betrifft eine orthopädische Bandage (1) mit Stützfunktion, mit einem transportablen, wiederverwendbaren Wärmeapplikator (2), welcher eine Aktivierungseinrichtung (13) zum Aktivieren des Wärmeapplikators und hierdurch Auslösen einer Freisetzung von Wärme durch den Wärmeapplikator für ein Aufbringen der Wärme auf mindestens einen Teil eines Körperbereichs, in dem die orthopädische Bandage anwendbar ist, aufweist, wobei an dem Wärmeapplikator lokal akupressierend wirkende Elemente (8) ausgebildet sind.
