PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inter-line rod with a tip cap, capable of readily performing threading into a fishing line-passing route, and reducing the movement resistance of the fishing line in the fishing line-passing route, when a rod butt opening of a tip top rod is not located near a line inlet hole.SOLUTION: The inter-line rod with the tip cap is obtained, by mounting a threading wire tool 7 on the tip cap 8 mountable on the rod tip of the tip top rod 1 so that a fishing line c, delivered from a reel R, can be taken out via the fishing line-passing route formed in the rod body from the tip top rod 1.
