Blue house staff members including a president, ministers, principal officers, the chief of staff, principal generals in the military, representatives of public institutions, principal persons, and public officials who directly or indirectly decide public affairs with the taxes of the peoples are submitted to a lie detector test in a regular cycle or every week in order to prevent corruption and irregularities. It may be a spontaneous or obligatory test. In case of the spontaneous test, the priority of promotion may be given to a volunteer. It may be used as primary data in a dispute between citizens.
