PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an owner membership system rush raising system by partnership of farmers/traders and citizens, for allowing an owner member who is a rush consumer to actively participate in raising rush, obtain rush products suited to preferences of a consumer individual, actually go out to the site of rush cultivation, appeal safety of rush agriculture through health and hobbies or the like and be engaged in production of the rush products.SOLUTION: In order to promote cultivation/raising of rush and to spread/promote rush products, a rush agriculture system by the partnership of farmers and citizens comprises: farmers who raise the rush in rush cultivation investment rush mat manufacturers who manufacture rush products an operator who coordinates them and rush owner members capable of, by an investment, having the right of a specific zone of rush cultivation, observing raising of the rush, viewing manufacturing of rush mat products which are the rush products, and obtaining the rush products at the price of 1 to 1.5 times an investment amount.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】藺草消費者であるオーナー会員が藺草の育成に積極的に関与して消費者個人の嗜好に合った藺草製品を手に入れることができ、また、実際に藺草栽培の現場に出て、健康、趣味、などで藺草農業の安全性をアピールして、藺草製品の生産に従事できる農家・業者と市民のパートナーシップによるオーナー会員制藺草育成システムを提供することにある。【解決手段】藺草の栽培・育成を推進して、藺草製品を普及・促進するために、藺草栽培投資における藺草育成の農業者と、藺草の製品を製造する製茣蓙業者と、これらをコーディネートとする運営者とに、投資によって藺草栽培の特定区域の権利、藺草の育成の観察、藺草製品である茣蓙製品の製造見学、および藺草製品を半年後に投資額の1~1.5倍価格の製品とを入手できる藺草オーナー会員と、からなっている農家と市民のパートナーシップの藺草農業システムである。【選択図】図1
