Disclosed is a cosmetic composition comprising an aqueous phase containing one or more alcohols and hydrophobic flakes, wherein said hydrophobic flakes are suspended in the aqueous phase and wherein the hydrophobic flakes comprise one or more fatty alcohols with a melting point between 35℃ to 60℃ at a pressure of 1013 hPa. The hydrophobic flakes are formed with a reduced variance in size. Also disclosed are a transparent packaging containing the cosmetic composition, hydrophobic flakes and use of alcohol in production of the hydrophobic flakes.Linvention concerne une composition cosmétique comprenant une phase aqueuse contenant un ou plusieurs alcools et des flocons hydrophobes, lesdits flocons hydrophobes étant en suspension dans la phase aqueuse et comprenant un ou plusieurs alcools gras ayant un point de fusion compris entre 35 °C et 60 °C à une pression de 1013 hPa.
